Drina has spent nearly fifteen years working inside the regulatory systems that determine whether businesses are able to operate or if they are forced to shut their doors.
Her experience spans licensing, land use, and regulatory operations across 48 states and countless local jurisdictions, with direct interaction across state and local regulatory agencies. Over that time, she observed a consistent pattern: regulatory breakdowns rarely stem from misunderstood requirements, but from internal systems that fail under scale, turnover, or pressure.
Throughout her career, Drina has worked within large, multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments, supporting complex licensing operations across highly regulated industries. That work provided sustained exposure to renewal failures, audit risk, and vendor dependency, often long before those issues surfaced at the executive level.
Today, her work through AVM Continuity Group focuses on designing internal regulatory and licensing systems that protect operating rights, reduce revenue interruption, and withstand expansion, audits, and transactions. She partners with executive leadership, legal, and operations teams to replace reactive compliance with durable regulatory infrastructure.
